Comfort Suites Cookeville

We asked for a non-smoking room we were given one but the smell of smoke was over powering in our non-smoking room. We just told front desk about the smell and without asking they gave us another room right away and called housekeeping to reclean the room because of the smoke smell being so strong. We were very grateful and pleased that they went above and beyond to make our stay nice.

It was pretty clean. Had a nice breakfast and all the amenities we needed. The room was a decent size. It had a great location near the highway but still a short trip to everything we wanted to see and do in Cookeville.

The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast time served us well. The personnel service was exceptional and worked with us every step of the way . I also liked the fact that my door key never once lost its ability to open the door even when I accidentally put it beside my phone in my pocket.

The location was good

Breakfast was amazing. And the room was amazing.
